Multiple leaks in this ten year old ground floor extension in North London. We ascertained the likely causes during our Diagnostic Inspection. Over the course of three days we then carefully uncovered the deck, salvaged what could be saved from the green roof build up, prepared the roof for reweathering and overcoated in 10 year cold applied liquid. We then relaid the green roof drainage layer and substrate over new filter fleece, and covered with new sedum.
Because the roof is poorly draining we added generous pebble areas demarcated with aluminium separators between the upper roof downpipe and scupper outlet
